Salary: Up to $4K (Depending on experience)
Job Scope:
- Conduct probity checks in preparation for RNF appointment/update activities of financial representatives.
- Update MyHR records on RNF licenses, activities and compliance tagging, and file licensing related documents in MyHR
- Daily employee screening monitoring and escalation of alerts
- Support annual RNF, non-RNF and MRT Fit & Proper exercises
- Support crafting of Code of Conduct EDMs
- Support drafting Code of Conduct policy changes
- Conduct annual review of Code of Conduct write-ups with policy owners
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in HR or any relevant field
- Min. some intern/ 1 yr experience in HR preferred
