Duration: 6 months renewable or convertible
Salary: Up to $$2200- $3000

Job Scope:

• Perform data entry for new hires, ensuring allmandatory fields and documents are accurately completed.
• Assist the team in updating staff data in the HR system (e.g., Transfers, Re-designation, Contract extension etc.).
• Support offboarding data updates for resignees.
• Ensure all related documentation is properly Pfiled according to agreements.
• Provide support to both the Onboarding and InService teams during operational peaks.
• Help grant SharePoint access to users asrequired.
• Cover duties for colleagues who are on leave toensure continuity of operations.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned bythe supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Human Resources or Business with specialization in HR.
• No experience required though candidates with relevant experience will be preferred
• Available on short notice
• Proficient in MS Office and IT savvy.
