Job Description

What you will be working on

. Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
. Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, coordinating logistics, and managing simple procurement.
. Support data collection and collation for FPA automation, process improvement projects
. Assist with coordination work across teams and vendors to ensure timely follow-up on tasks and deliverables.
. Handle data entry and prepare basic summaries for team use.
. Support event or workshop arrangements and respond to routine queries.

What we are looking for

Education:
. Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma. A-level or polytechnic graduates awaiting for university entry are welcome to apply.

Skills:
. Strong organisational and time management skills.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), digital/AI tools.
. Ability to collect, collate, and manage data accurately.
. Good communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external vendors.

Attributes:
. Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
. Adaptable and proactive in handling multiple tasks.
. Team player with a positive attitude.
