Working hours

• Monday to Thursday : 8.30am 6pm
• Friday: 8.30am 5.30pm

Job Scope

• Support finance operations and policy implementation.
• Conduct user training, prepare guides, and perform UAT for new finance workflows.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth process rollout.
• Organize information sessions and communication materials on finance procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Experience in finance operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Independent, proactive, and a good team player.
• Able to manage multiple tasks within tight timelines.
• Experience with dashboard tools is an advantage
