Temp Finance Admin (AP/AR) - 3 to 6 Months #HMS
Nearest MRT: Raffles Place MRT Station
Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 6:00pm
Hourly Rate:

  • Min O / A Level / Below Diploma: $10/hr
  • Min Diploma: $11/hr
  • Min Undergraduate: $12/hr
  • Min Degree: $15/hr

About the Role
You will be supporting the Shared Services Unit (SSU), handling finance and admin functions across multiple union entities. This role suits candidates who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Perform data entry of receipts and payments
  • Process invoices and follow up when required
  • Assist with bank reconciliation
  • Maintain proper e-filing and documentation for audit
  • Support month-end closing tasks
  • Other ad hoc admin duties

Requirements

  • Minimum A Levels / Nitec / Diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • Basic accounting knowledge (POA is acceptable)
  • Prior AP/AR / data entry experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel & MS Office
