The Restaurant Captain supervises front-of-house staff and ensures smooth daily operations. They lead the service team, coordinate with the kitchen, and maintain high service standards. The role also involves handling customer concerns, managing seating and reservations, and ensuring cleanliness and quality control.

They act as a link between staff and management while delivering excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
