- Perform pre-migration checks and testing to ensure service readiness, including
- Test matrix execution
- Inbound/outbound call scenarios
- Confirmation that subscriber data is fully synchronized prior migration
- Identification and rectification of anomalies that may impact the migration process
- Carry out migration activities in accordance with the approved cutover schedule, including
- Execution of approved migration scripts for provisioning, rollback
- Real-time monitoring of migration status and KPIs
- Immediate troubleshooting and escalation of any errors, mismatches, or failed migration entries
Requirements
- Requirements: Proficient in MS Excel and possess administrative experience
- Location: Jurong East
- Working Hours: Can choose either day shift or night shift
