Shift 1
Tue - Fri: 9:00am - 1:30pm
Sat: 8:00am - 12:30pm

Shift 2
Mon: 9:00am - 1:30pm
Tue - Fri: 1:30pm - 6:00pm

(Must be able to commit to both shifts)

Job Summary

Provide frontline support by assisting visitors and patients with registration, wayfinding, and general enquiries, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience within the hospital.

Job Responsibilities

. Welcome and guide visitors and patients at the lobby
. Assist with registration at kiosks and entry systems
. Manage queues and ensure smooth crowd flow
. Provide directions and general assistance
. Handle enquiries and feedback professionally
. Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment
. Support daily operations and visitor management
