Job Scope:
- Support internal branding including institutions and cluster communications scope of work, including
- Brand management
- Content management and writing
- Support secured internal staff content and platforms and external communications scope of work, including
- Intranet, EDMs, enewsletter, Teams, Social Media
- Public-fronting collaterals, signages and profiling efforts
- Content management and writing
- Support intranet migration exercise
- Support D&D related scope of work, including liaison with vendors/staff, gathering of resources, adaptation of artworks, and other related tasks as assigned
- Support administrative/logistical matters in the department, including
- Raising Purchase Request
- Raising IT request
- Minute-taking
- Other comms-related scope of work as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in any relevant communications/ marketing field
- Some relevant experience in marketing/ communications will be an added advantage
