Contract Senior/ Executive, Communications #HFT

. Support internal branding including institutions and cluster communications scope of work, including

o Brand management

o Content management and writing

. Support secured internal staff content and platforms and external communications scope of work, including

o Intranet, EDMs, e-newsletter, Teams, Social Media

o Public-fronting collaterals, signages and profiling efforts

o Content management and writing

. Support intranet migration exercise

. Support related scope of work, including liaison with vendors/staff, gathering of resources, adaptation of artworks, and other related tasks as assigned

. Support administrative/logistical matters in the department, including

o Raising Purchase Request

o Raising IT request

o Minute-taking

. Other comms-related scope of work as assigned

Requirements:
. Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or any other relevant discipline
. Prior experience in comms/marketing role would be advantageous
