Duration: 1 yr contract
Job Scope:
- Answering incoming calls from both internal and external customers
- Log, dispatch and close callback tickets in SAP
- Update all tickets status in excel for record keeping
- Manage follow-up cases and liaise with respective Engineer on assignment of technician for mantrap
- Analyze triggered ticket in SAP and determine whether to dispatch technician or cancel ticket
- Update of technician roster (rotate among the team)
- Generating stop-lift reports (rotate among the team)
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor / manager
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in any field
- Some customer service experience is preferred
