Job Description

The Brand Marketing Manager is accountable for driving the success of PUMA's lifestyle marketing initiatives across the SEA region and the Singapore market, spanning both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Wholesale (WS) channels.
Reporting to the Teamhead, Brand Marketing Sportstyle, this role leads the development and execution of brand positioning, messaging, and consumer engagement strategies across all touchpoints within the lifestyle category, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence.
This role oversees the planning and delivery of integrated 360 marketing campaigns, manages the marketing calendar and budget, and works closely with cross-functional teams including product category, commercial, retail, e-commerce, and visual merchandising to maximise brand performance and market share.
In addition, the Brand Marketing Manager leads SEA-exclusive projects and consumer-facing events, while partnering with event activation, PR and social media agencies to ensure strong alignment with overall brand objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on leader with strong brand management expertise within the sports or lifestyle industry, a proven track record across SEA markets, and a passion for building effective cross-functional partnerships in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Calendar Management
    Manage the marketing calendar, defining key milestones to deliver brand strategies and aligned KPIs. Ensure timely consultation, communication, and alignment across all relevant stakeholders on priorities and deliverables.
  • 360 Marketing Planning
    Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across SEA, encompassing paid media, partnerships, promotions, CRM, retail activations, and brand-led initiatives, in alignment with overall brand direction.
  • Budget Management
    Oversee the brand marketing budget, ensuring disciplined spend management and delivery against ROI objectives.
  • Commercial & Retail Partnerships
    Partner with commercial and retail to develop communications to support sell-through and strengthen brand presence with WS and trade partners.
  • Consumer Events
    Lead the end-to-end design and execution of consumer-facing events, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, objectives, and a cohesive brand experience.
  • Project & Campaign Delivery
    Manage the delivery of marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Campaign Performance & Reporting
    Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior marketing leadership to drive continuous improvement.
