Location: Novena

Duration: 3 months
Work hours:

Mon-Thu: 8.30am - 6.00pm

Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Scope:

.Process patient billing & financial assistance (e.g. Medifund)

.Handle accounts receivable, billing & payments

.Follow up on outstanding invoices

.Prepare reports, journal entries & audit documents (SAP)

.Support RPA/automation projects (UiPath/Power Automate)

.Any ad hoc duties

Requirements:

.Min Diploma in Business/Finance/Accounting

.Proficient in Excel

.Meticulous, organised & good communication skills

.SAP / RPA knowledge is a plus

.Vaccinated with Tdap/ MMR / Chicken Pox
