Job Description

Salary: $11/hour
Location: Novena
Working Hours: Standard office hours, 5 days/week
Duration: 6 months

Job Scope:

  • Update intranet pages for Finance and Clinic Operations
  • Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks for committees
  • Prepare information and reports for meetings
  • Update Clinic Executives leave roster
  • Generate monthly and departmental reports
  • Provide secretarial and calendar support to HOD
  • Liaise between Finance and Clinic Operations teams
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum A-Level or Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Organized with administrative/secretarial experience
  • Fully vaccinated: Tdap, MMR, VZV, Covid (cost of missing vaccines borne by candidate)
