Working Hours: Standard office hours, 5 days/week
Duration: 6 months
Job Scope:
- Update intranet pages for Finance and Clinic Operations
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks for committees
- Prepare information and reports for meetings
- Update Clinic Executives leave roster
- Generate monthly and departmental reports
- Provide secretarial and calendar support to HOD
- Liaise between Finance and Clinic Operations teams
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum A-Level or Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organized with administrative/secretarial experience
- Fully vaccinated: Tdap, MMR, VZV, Covid (cost of missing vaccines borne by candidate)
