Job Description

Location: Central Singapore
Duration: 12 months

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Monthly Rate: Up to SGD 3,600

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process applications and take notes during meetings or hearings.
  • Assist with ongoing projects and operational tasks assigned by management.
  • Prepare and dispatch official documents to relevant parties.
  • Set up meeting or hearing rooms, and cover reception or case officer duties as needed.
  • Organize, pack, shelve, and digitize completed files.
  • Perform any additional tasks as required by the team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling administrative tasks and assisting with operational processes
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Singaporeans only
