6 Months Temp Admin Assistant (Finance Department)
Salary: $1800 - $1900
Location: Bukit Merah
Duration: 6 Months
Working hours: Office hours, Mon to Fri
Key Responsibilities
. Perform data maintenance of vendor records in SAP (S4/ECC), including:
. Supporting preparation and mapping of vendor data for integration with VIMS and FIMMS.
. Assist with the standardization and clean up vendor records so that information is consistent across all clusters.
. Identify vendor records which are incomplete such as missing UEN, GST number, email address and contact details. Retrieve the information from ACRA and IRAS portal and update the vendor records in S4 Hana
. Identify and block vendors who are no longer active or duplicated.
. Assist with the alignment of vendor categories so that vendors are grouped correctly based on their account type.
. Handle all phone calls / emails promptly.
. Obtain customer feedback to identify areas for improvements.
. Demonstrate good service attributes and team spirit to achieve win-win outcome.
. Perform ad-hoc duties and/or projects assigned by immediate supervisor and/or Management.
Requirements:
. Min. A Level/NITEC in any course
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
. Some customer service experience preferred.
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
