Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) Functional Business Analyst to support private banking transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in wealth management systems, with a focus on end-to-end trade lifecycle and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Functional Business Analyst for Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) platform
- Drive requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation across private banking systems
- Conduct Product Lifecycle Workshops (PLW) and prepare detailed gap analysis
- Develop and maintain:High-Level Solution Design (HLSD)Functional Specification Documents (FSD)User stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Teams, and Technical Teams in Agile delivery environments
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement walkthroughs
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Perform root cause analysis and propose effective solutions
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Functional & Domain Expertise
- Strong expertise in:Order & Trade Lifecycle ManagementPortfolio Performance AnalysisStrategy ConstraintsScreens, Statements, and Reporting
- Deep knowledge of:Private Banking & Wealth ManagementSecurities, Derivatives, Structured ProductsPayments, Deposits, Loans, FX
Required Experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong exposure to Temenos TAP
- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Private Banking implementations, covering:TTI (Temenos Triple A)T24 (Core Banking)TDS / TDH
- Hands-on experience in:Gap analysis and requirement documentationAgile delivery environmentsStakeholder management across business and technical teams

Tools & Technologies
- Proficient in:Microsoft Office SuiteConfluenceJIRA
- Knowledge of Cloud, AI/ML, APIs is an added advantage
Certifications
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) - Preferred
- Agile / Scrum certifications - Preferred
Additional Information
- Experience in global enterprise-scale implementations is highly preferred
- Strong exposure to private banking environments is mandatory
- Consulting experience in banking transformation projects is advantageous
