About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Triple A Plus (TAP) Architect to lead the solution architecture, design, and implementation of our Wealth Management platform within the banking environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Temenos Triple A Plus, deep understanding of wealth management products, and strong experience in end-to-end system integration across the banking ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architecture & Solution Design
- Lead the architecture, design, and blueprinting of Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) solutions for wealth management.
- Develop robust end-to-end architectural designs covering business, application, data, and integration layers.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security across the wealth management platform.
2. Functional & Technical Expertise
- Translate wealth management business requirements into high-level and detailed solution designs.
- Provide functional expertise in areas such as:
- Portfolio Management
- Investment Advisory
- Client & Relationship Management
- Risk Profiling
- Order Management & Execution
- Recommend configuration, customization, and enhancement approaches within TAP.
3. Integration & Implementation
- Architect and oversee integration between TAP and upstream/downstream systems (Core Banking, Data Warehouse, CRM, Channels, Market Data Providers, etc.).
- Work closely with development teams to validate solution feasibility and alignment with banking architecture standards.
- Support SIT, UAT, migration, and go-live activities.
4. Governance, Standards & Best Practices
- Define and enforce architecture principles, development standards, and design patterns.
- Conduct impact analysis, technical assessments, and solution reviews.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business teams, product owners, Temenos consultants, vendors, and internal IT teams.
- Present solutions, architecture decisions, and design recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Minimum 712 years of experience in wealth management technology, with strong exposure to Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP).
- Expertise in TAP modules, data model, customization framework, and advisory workflows.
- Strong experience with integration technologies such as APIs, ESB, microservices, MQ, and market data feeds.
- Proficiency in Java, Oracle/SQL, and related technologies is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of banking IT architecture, security protocols, and infrastructure concepts.
