Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Temenos T24 IT Project Lead (ITPL) with strong expertise in Corporate Actions to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Temenos T24 initiatives within the banking domain.

The role involves leading build squads, tracking Temenos L1 deliveries across testing phases, supporting project governance, and ensuring delivery is completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while complying with banking standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

  • Lead and manage the Temenos T24 build team/squad, ensuring end-to-end delivery of L1 scope

  • Track Temenos L1 deliveries across AT, SIT, and UAT phases, including L1 defect triage and resolution calls

  • Develop project proposals covering objectives, resources, milestones, schedules, costs, expenses, and project structure

  • Ensure planned build scope, timelines, and costs remain on track and aligned with approved plans

  • Identify delivery risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures

Stakeholder & Governance Support

  • Support the VC Lead / Project Manager through regular meetings, status updates, and reporting

  • Maintain effective communication with business users, IT teams, vendors, and Temenos stakeholders

  • Ensure stakeholder awareness, involvement, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle

  • Enforce project governance, delivery standards, and change control processes

Methodology & Process

  • Apply Agile frameworks and perform Scrum Master responsibilities where required

  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of SDLC across both Waterfall and Agile methodologies

  • Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and team performance

Risk & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with banking policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements

  • Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

  • Demonstrate professional conduct, integrity, and due diligence in project delivery

Professional Skills

  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

  • Proven ability to drive project delivery and resolve complex challenges

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in banking or financial services is mandatory

Technical & Domain Skills

Must Have

  • Minimum 7 years of IT experience, with significant exposure to IT Project Management

  • Proven experience delivering Temenos T24 projects

  • Strong knowledge of Corporate Actions and related banking processes

  • Experience managing delivery across AT / SIT / UAT phases

  • Solid understanding of SDLC (Waterfall and Agile)

  • Experience working in Agile environments and performing Scrum Master duties
