Description

We are seeking a skilled Temenos T24 Business Analyst to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Temenos T24 and its application in banking processes, with a proven track record in business analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Temenos T24.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business processes.
  • Conduct gap analysis to determine the impact of changes and recommend solutions.
  • Assist in the testing phase by preparing test cases and conducting system testing.
  • Provide support during the implementation phase and post-implementation review.
  • Train end-users on Temenos T24 functionalities and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-9 years of experience in business analysis, specifically within Temenos T24 or similar banking software.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes and operations.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SQL and database management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Masters/ Post Graduate, Diploma, Bachelors/ Degree, ITC/NTC/Vocational
