Job Title:Business Analyst Temenos Payments

Location:Singapore (Onsite)

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilledBusiness Analystwith solid hands-on experience inTemenos Paymentsto join our onsite team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in payment systems within the Temenos platform, a deep understanding of payment processing workflows, and proven ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, and IT teams for Temenos Payments projects.
  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for payment-related initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications aligned with Temenos Payments best practices.
  • Collaborate with development teams on system design, configuration, and integration of payment solutions.
  • Supportsystem integration testing (SIT)anduser acceptance testing (UAT)for Temenos Payments modules.
  • Perform gap analysis and impact assessments for change requests or enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with local and global payment regulations, clearing systems, and banking standards.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for Temenos Payments and assist in troubleshooting production issues.
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, functional flows, and training materials.

Required Skills:

  • Supports ISO 20022 and SWIFT standards.
  • Integrates with core banking and external payment networks.
  • Enables compliance with global payment regulations.
  • 58 yearsof experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
  • Solid hands-on experiencewithTemenos Paymentsmodule is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international payment schemes (SWIFT, SEPA, RTGS, etc.).
  • Experience inrequirement gathering, functional specification writing, and UAT coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
