Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support on Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) applications for customers in the Semiconductor industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer requirements and successfully implement solutions.
  • Deliver training sessions to clients to improve their understanding and use of TEM products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in TEM imaging and analytical applications or a related engineering field.
  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to compete in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and cooperatively as part of an inclusive team.
