Key Responsibilities
Needs Analysis & Advisory:
- Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate insurance policies.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and campaign KPIs, including call quality.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, following up on renewals and handling issues professionally.
- Data Management:Update and maintain accurate customer data and sales activity logs in CRM systems.
- Compliance:Ensure all call interactions and processes comply with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Cross-selling & Up-selling:Identify opportunities to offer additional or upgraded insurance products to customers.
- Administrative Tasks:Prepare application and administrative documents for policy issuance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for explaining policies and building rapport.
- Interpersonal Skills: The ability to interact professionally and build relationships with clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM systems and other computer software is necessary.
- Sales Aptitude: A proven track record or interest in telesales and achieving sales targets is beneficial.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Resilience: A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.

- Minimum education: GCE A Levels, Local Polytechnic Diploma, Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
