Job Summary
As a Telephone Operator, you will deliver warm, informative phone service, handle guest requests promptly, and provide comprehensive support to enhance guest experiences.
As the Telephone Operator, we rely on you to:
- Deliver clear, courteous, and informative telephone assistance to guests to ensure positive communication experiences
- Respond promptly and professionally to all guest requests received via telephone to resolve inquiries efficiently
- Manage guest enquiries by providing accurate information and coordinating with relevant departments for seamless service
- Operate and manage the PABX telephone system to route calls correctly and maintain communication flow
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of guest service and contribute to a welcoming environment
We are looking for someone who:
- Experience working in hotel or resort telephone operations to support guest communication needs
- Ability to interact effectively with guests via telecommunication channels to understand and address their needs
- Skills in crafting tailored solutions to meet diverse guest requests and enhance satisfaction
