Job Summary

As a Telephone Operator, you will deliver warm, informative phone service, handle guest requests promptly, and provide comprehensive support to enhance guest experiences.

As the Telephone Operator, we rely on you to:

  • Deliver clear, courteous, and informative telephone assistance to guests to ensure positive communication experiences
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all guest requests received via telephone to resolve inquiries efficiently
  • Manage guest enquiries by providing accurate information and coordinating with relevant departments for seamless service
  • Operate and manage the PABX telephone system to route calls correctly and maintain communication flow
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of guest service and contribute to a welcoming environment

We are looking for someone who:

  • Experience working in hotel or resort telephone operations to support guest communication needs
  • Ability to interact effectively with guests via telecommunication channels to understand and address their needs
  • Skills in crafting tailored solutions to meet diverse guest requests and enhance satisfaction
