Working Hours: 42.5hrs/week
Responsibilities:
Answering Calls
- Answer all calls promptly using MHA's approved greeting.
- Provide live support (Mon-Fri, 8:30 am-6:00 pm).
Screening & Transferring
- Route calls to the right officer/department.
- Handle warm/cold transfers and overflow.
Message Management
- Record details (name, contact, message, time).
- Forward via email/SMS/phone maintain a log.
General Support
- Share office hours, address, basic services.
- Use scripts/FAQs for common queries.
Reporting
- Daily logbook weekly submission.
- Monthly summary: volume, response time, complaints.
Data Entry
- Update CRM with accurate caller details.
Coordination
- 1-week OJT collaborate with supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education
- Minimum ITE Diploma or 3 GCE O-Level passes.
Experience
- Prior experience as a telephone operator or office administrator.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Soft Skills
- Good communication & Team work skills.
