About the Role

We're looking for a driven Telemarketing Sales who loves connecting with people, opening doors to new business opportunities, and playing a key role at the start of the sales cycle. You will be the first point of contact for potential SME clients-introducing our services, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for the Business Development team. If you have a confident phone presence, a positive attitude, and a talent for sparking interest, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Outreach: Make outbound calls to SME prospects to introduce Websentials services and understand their needs.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospects suitability for sales engagement to ensure high-quality handoffs.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with qualified leads for the Business Development team.
  • CRM Management: Record all interactions, updates, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow-Up & Nurturing: Maintain relationships with prospects through timely follow-ups until they are ready for sales engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer outreach.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and confident phone manner. Comfortable initiating conversations and handling objections.
  • Target-Driven: Energetic, self-motivated, and committed to hitting call and appointment targets.
  • Digital Curiosity: Eager to learn about digital services to engage prospects effectively.
  • Team Player: Works collaboratively and contributes positively to team culture.
