Monthly Salary: S$1,500 - S$2,200
Salary will be commensurate with experience and track record.

Job Description

ZY Future International Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and proactive TELEMARKETING SALESPERSON (Business Development Executive) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building employer relationships, and supporting the growth of our recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential employer clients to introduce the company's recruitment services
Identify and develop new business opportunities and employer accounts
Connect with HR personnel, business owners, and other relevant decision-makers
Understand clients hiring and manpower requirements
Generate job orders and business leads for the recruitment team
Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
Arrange client appointments and meetings
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients
Maintain proper records of leads, calls, and follow-up activities
Work closely with the recruitment team to support successful placements and service delivery

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with outbound calling and business development activities
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Able to work independently and manage follow-ups consistently
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, business development, or recruitment will be an advantage
Good command of English
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and business contacts
Proficient in basic computer applications, email, and messaging tools
