About the Role
Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services by selling directly to retail customers through infrastructures such as call centre (i.e. telemarketing) and online platform to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectivesWhat you will do:
Perform telemarketing calls to leads provided by partners to achieve sales target
Understanding the needs of the customers and recommend suitable products to them
Convert leads provided by partner to sales through telemarketing activities
Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with the Quality standards
What we require:
Obtained a minimum of O Level or higher.
Possess 2 - 5 year of prior outbound call centre and/or Telemarketing / Telesales experience within Financial Industry
BCP, PGI, HI Certified (non mandatory)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
