Job Description:
Our growing company in the Education Industry is seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will help recruit, develop, and maintain long-term, fruitful relationships with staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach and follow-up calls to leads, inviting them to attend free trial classes at Speech Academy Asia.
- Promote trial classes in English Public Speaking, Mathematics, and Mandarin for a wide range of age groups, from preschool to adults.
- Send follow-up messages to parents who express interest in trial classes, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Maintain and update the customer database after every interaction.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a high level of energy and a positive attitude.
- 5-Day work week (both weekends)
Working Hours:
- Weekdays: 11pm 8pm
- Weekends: 9am 6pm
- All inclusive of a 1-hour break
