Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients (B2B)
- Qualify leads and handover to our Consultants for follow-up
Requirements:
- Able to converse in English or Mandarin effectively with SME clients
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- No hard-selling of products or services
- Relevant experience in lead generation or telemarketing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivating, quick-thinking and results-oriented

Salary package:
- Basic + Incentive + Commission, adds up to $3000 or more, will be discussed during the interview
- Unlimited incentive earned for each successful appointment set or valid lead generated (prospective client)
- Unlimited commission earned for each deal closed successfully by our Consultants
