Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers who have shown interest in personal loan solutions.
Clearly communicate the company's offerings, including an overview of the loan matching and application process.
Guide customers through eligibility requirements, necessary documents, and subsequent application steps.
Validate basic customer information and collect details required for preliminary assessments.
Proactively follow up with warm leads to drive application progress and completion.
Respond to inbound enquiries and provide accurate, compliant information to prospects.
Record call outcomes, lead updates, and follow-up actions accurately within the CRM system.
Escalate complex cases or customer concerns to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
Ensure all customer interactions comply with Ministry of Law guidelines and PDPA regulations.
Meet individual performance targets, including call volume, conversion rates, and service standards.
