Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers who have shown interest in personal loan solutions.
  • Clearly communicate the company's offerings, including an overview of the loan matching and application process.
  • Guide customers through eligibility requirements, necessary documents, and subsequent application steps.
  • Validate basic customer information and collect details required for preliminary assessments.
  • Proactively follow up with warm leads to drive application progress and completion.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries and provide accurate, compliant information to prospects.
  • Record call outcomes, lead updates, and follow-up actions accurately within the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex cases or customer concerns to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
  • Ensure all customer interactions comply with Ministry of Law guidelines and PDPA regulations.
  • Meet individual performance targets, including call volume, conversion rates, and service standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum ITE / Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
  • Able to communicate clearly and politely in a professional manner.
  • Willing to do outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
  • Responsible and attentive when handling customer information.
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and team-oriented.
