Telemarketer - Financial Services (Full-Time, WFH)

Key Responsibilities

. Conduct outbound calls toqualified prospects using company-provided lead lists

. Schedule appointments betweenprospects and our financial advisory team

. Follow up consistently onmissed calls and busy prospects

. Achieve daily and monthlyappointment setting targets

. Maintain accurate records inour CRM system

. Participate in ongoing trainingand team meetings

Requirements

. Minimum GCE O Level educationor equivalent

. At least 1 year oftelemarketing, sales, or customer service experience

. Excellent verbal communicationand active listening skills

. Strong work ethic andnever-give-up mindset

. Goal-oriented with ability towork independently

. Must be legally eligible towork in Singapore

. Able to commit to a minimum of6 months

Compensation

. Base salary: $2,300/month

. Performance bonus: up to$700/month

. Total potential earnings: up to$3,000/month

. Regular performance reviewswith salary progression

Work Arrangement

. 100% Work From Home

. Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM(1-hour lunch break)

. Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

. 5.5-day work week

. Probation period: 2 months

. Minimum commitment: 6 months
