Working hours: 4 days work week, Mon - Thurs, 9am - 5pm
Location: Central (Nearest mrt: Downtown / Shenton Way)
Salary: $1500 - $1600
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls for services
- Introduce and explain services clearly and professionally
- Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads
- Set appointments or refer interested customers to relevant team
- Follow up with warm leads when required
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets
- Comply with company policies
