Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

. Make outbound calls to prospective/existing customers

. Introduce products or services and explain their benefits

. Answer customer queries and handle objections professionally

. Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times

. Update and manage call records and leads in the system

. Meet weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

. Follow up on previous interactions to nurture leads

. Schedule appointments for the sales team when necessary

. Provide feedback on customer interactions and potential leads

Requirements:

. Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred

. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

. Strong organizational and time-management abilities

. High school diploma or equivalent required
