Job Description

Strong technical knowledge in mobile phone and computer repairs (smartphones, laptops, desktops, etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
Familiarity with common mobile and computer operating systems (Android, iOS, Windows, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices.
Troubleshooting devices to identify aspects of the programming that might need repairs.
Repair and replacement of defective parts, components or upgrading software to rectify the fault.
To conduct maintenance checks to ensure quality and efficiency of devices.
Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed quality standards including repair turnaround time and quality of each repair.
Ensure all work tools are in good condition.
Delivery professional and high-quality service experience.
Identify customers needs and maintaining a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction.
Provide general administrative duties.
Overseeing the installation of new systems, equipment, and network infrastructure.
Configuring network and telecommunications hardware and software.
Monitoring telecommunication systems, network traffic, and computer interactions.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing network malfunctions, technical errors, and faulty equipment.
