Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers and secure appointments
- Foster and enhance relationships with customers through calls, Whatsapp, email or other electronic communication
- Handle customers enquires and/or objections with confidence
- Achieve conversion targets set out by business (such as contact rate, appointment rate)
- Ensure proper documentation and update on activities, leads and appointment details
- Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with quality standards
Qualifications
- Min 2 years customer care/inbound or 1 year outbound call/sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English and other applicable local language
