Job Summary

Join MaidBook Employment as a Tele Sales Executive (Online Enquiries) to drive customer engagement and business growth by managing online leads and tele-sales enquiries. Deliver professional consultation and convert enquiries into confirmed customers through effective communication across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound enquiries from online platforms, social media, and advertisements to initiate customer engagement
  • Contact potential customers via phone and messaging platforms to assess their domestic helper needs and preferences
  • Provide clear, professional advice on hiring Foreign Domestic Workers to guide customer decision-making
  • Follow up on leads consistently to convert enquiries into confirmed placements, contributing to sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and follow-up activities for effective tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and placement processes for customers
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the enquiry and sales process to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Working Details

  • Work Locations: Bukit Timah Shopping Centre / Jurong East / Tampines
  • Working Days: 5 days per week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend) or 5 weekdays
