Basic Job duties/responsibilities

• The Assurance Support Officer is responsible for supporting Follow-Up Officers on credit card applications related matters and to assist with the day-to-day operations.

Other responsibilities includes:-

• Call reviews
• Ensures that the turnaround time is being met for the products acquired
• Applications records/entries are updated timely.
• Preferably have some admin related banking experience
• Meticulous and able to work under stress
• Able to work independently.
