About the Role

We are looking for a TechOps Specialist (m/f/d) based in Singapore (remote) to join our global Customer Success & Service organization.

You will work closely with our teams in Hamburg and London, as well as with two existing colleagues based in Singapore. While this is a remote position, you will be fully integrated into our international TechOps and DevOps setup.

This role goes beyond traditional technical support. You will contribute to strengthening our SaaS initiatives, enhancing automation, and collaborating closely with our DevOps team to scale infrastructure and customer environments efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Operate and support our SaaS-based environments
• Ensure system stability, monitoring, and SLA compliance
• Collaborate closely with DevOps to strengthen automation and scalable deployments
• Support containerized environments (Docker) and modern infrastructure setups as well as Linux and Windows based deployments.
• Respond to incidents across application, database, and infrastructure layers, and escalations as required.
• Provide technical support to customers (connectivity, APIs such as FIX, system environments)
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, DevOps, and Development teams across time zones
• Potential future participation in an on-call rotation, supporting the team outside regular business hours as needed.

What You'll Need

• Experience in technical operations, system administration, SaaS environments and networking skills.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
• Experience with Docker and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Icinga, Prometheus)
• Understanding of cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure
• SaaS mindset with interest in automation and scalable infrastructure
• Strong AI mindset with proven experience in deploying AI-based solutions into productive, real-world operations
• Experience in FinTech, FX/eFX, or trading environments is a plus
• Structured, analytical working style and strong English communication skills
