We're looking for motivated individuals to immerse themselves in coding and technology education. By learning a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and teaching tools, and through active hands-on sessions in lesson delivery and curriculum development, you will be responsible for bringing these topics to life for learners of all ages.
We are hiring full-time IT Trainers on a 2-year contract to join our schools team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, has solid coding foundations, and wants to inspire young learners aged 7-16. We welcome both recent graduates and mid-career applicants.

What You'll Do
- Deliver coding and computing lessons in secondary and primary schools (Scratch, Minecraft Education, micro:bit, Swift, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Guide students through coding projects, competitions, and holiday enrichment camps.
- Review, revise, and develop curriculum, lessons, and exemplars.
- Adapt teaching methods for different ages and learning needs.
- Continue learning new programming languages, frameworks, and education tools.
Skills You'll Develop
- Coding in both beginner-friendly and syntax-based languages.
- Applying coding concepts to real-world projects (apps, websites, games, electronics).
- Building strong classroom presence and pedagogy through hands-on teaching.
- Designing and refining curriculum to meet diverse learning needs.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in any field - IT- or Education-related background a plus.
- Basic coding ability - comfortable writing simple programs (loops, lists, functions).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Quick to learn and adaptable - there's always something new.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students aged 7-16.
