You will have the opportunity to:
drive the strategic planning, portfolio oversight, and execution discipline for key management priorities and transformation initiatives across the Technology Function. Acting as a bridge between senior executive management, Heads of Departments, and frontline delivery teams, you will translate strategic vision into actionable execution plans with clear ownership, timelines, and measurable KPIs. You will participate in top-level governance forums, structure executive communications and reporting, maintain a consolidated view of high-priority initiatives, and proactively identify delivery bottlenecks. Furthermore, you will foster cross-functional alignment, champion governance and continuous improvement, and ensure that all strategic commitments are delivered with speed, clarity, and precision.

You will bring your experience of:
8-10+ years within banking Technology Strategy Consulting, financial services, executive office, COO office, strategic execution, business management, or transformation leadership within a large, highly regulated environment, backed by a Degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline. You possess exceptional executive stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of influencing senior leadership without formal authority, bringing structure to complex initiatives, and driving organizational accountability. A resilient, self-driven leader with strong analytical rigor, you excel at translating executive directives into operational outcomes, navigating multi-market ecosystems, and managing high-visibility strategic portfolios. Professional certifications in Project Management, Agile, Change Management, or Strategic Planning will be well regarded.
