The Singapore office of a leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (3+ PQE) with a specialization in advising clients on technology transactions. This role offers exposure to high-profile international clients and sophisticated cross-border transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on complex data, cyber, technology and AI regulation across APAC.
- Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for multi-jurisdictional deals.
- Provide legal advice on regulatory, data privacy and public policy issues.
- Due diligence on data/cyber/AI/technology aspects of corporate transactions and transitional services agreements.
- Work closely with and support senior lawyers on the team.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer (any Common Law jurisdiction) with 3+ years PQE in technology transactions.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Experience in cross-border technology and commercial transactions.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively to meet strategic objectives.
Preferred Attributes
- Singapore and/or UK qualified.
- Experience with complex financing structures.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
