Role Summary
We are looking for a Techno-Functional Project Manager to manage delivery of a multi-workstream Enterprise Data Platform (EDP 2.0) programme. The role requires strong understanding of Databricks-based data platforms, coupled with hands-on experience in planning, governance, and execution of complex data initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end programme delivery across data ingestion, engineering, governance, analytics, and support
- Translate business and operational requirements into detailed technical delivery plans
- Manage multiple workstreams covering Databricks, cloud data services, security, and governance
- Drive Agile / hybrid delivery (sprints, PI planning, release management)
- Track and control scope, schedule, dependencies, and risks
- Coordinate technical design reviews, solution sign-offs, and acceptance criteria
- Govern change requests, estimations, and delivery impacts
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance requirements
- Lead UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases
- Provide executive-level reporting on delivery status, risks, and KPIs
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience managing Databricks / Big Data / Analytics programs
- Working knowledge of Spark, data pipelines, data modelling, and cloud platforms
- Experience delivering large enterprise or government data platforms
- Agile / SAFe / Hybrid delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills
- Strong documentation and governance mindset
Preferred / Certifications
- PMP / SAFe / Scrum certifications
- Exposure to data governance, metadata, and quality frameworks
Experience working with
regulated or public-sector environments
