Role Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager / PMO Lead with a strong product mindset to drive delivery
and value alignment for a risk management platform. This role combines structured project
execution with product ownership, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and aligned with
business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery (scope, timeline, resources)
- Establish and maintain PMO governance (OKRs, KPIs, RAID, reporting)
- Align business, risk, and engineering stakeholders on priorities
- Translate business needs into clear delivery plans and backlog
- Drive prioritisation based on impact, risk, and value
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
- Improve delivery processes and promote outcome-driven execution
Requirements
- Min 8+ years in project management / PMO / product delivery
- Experience in large-scale engineering or fintech systems preferred
- Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
- Familiarity with tools (Jira, Confluence) and cloud environments (AWS, Kubernetes is a plus)
- Experience working in environments requiring both PMO governance and product ownership
- Exposure to risk management systems (pricing, exposure, monitoring) & trading platforms (e.g. MT4/MT5) or execution systems
