ROLE OVERVIEW
Our client is implementing ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) and is seeking a Senior Technology Program / Project Manager with mandatory, hands-on WSD delivery experience.
This is a critical onsite role based in Singapore, responsible for end-to-end governance, delivery oversight, and operational alignment across implementation and initial building rollout. The role serves as the primary onsite governance lead, ensuring successful outcomes across technology delivery, workplace operations, vendor management, and change adoption.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide end-to-end program governance for the ServiceNow WSD implementation
- Govern system integrator and vendor delivery, including scope, milestones, dependencies, RAID, and quality
- Act as the primary onsite escalation point for delivery, integration, and operational risks
- Ensure strong alignment between ServiceNow WSD capabilities and workplace operational requirements
- Coordinate across business, technology, facilities, and service operations stakeholders
- Oversee initial building rollout, stabilization, and transition to BAU operations
- Lead executive reporting, steering committees, and decision-making cadence
- Support change management, training readiness, and end-user adoption
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven, hands-on delivery experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
- 10+ years experience as a Technology Program Manager / Senior Project Manager
- Strong background in large-scale ServiceNow enterprise implementations
- Demonstrated experience governing system integrators and third-party vendors
- Clear understanding of operational impact, change management, and adoption
- Ability and willingness to work onsite in Singapore throughout implementation and rollout
- Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, and FSM
- Experience in workplace, facilities, or service operations environments
- Delivery experience within large global organizations and/or financial institutions
- APAC program delivery experience
