Role summary

As the Technology Partnership Manager, APAC, you shape the digital ecosystem surrounding iTero solutions to accelerate customer adoption and value creation with iTero. You will identify, evaluate, integrate and onboard strategic technology and service partners from workflow software to clinical and lab solutions so as to build seamless, end-to-end digital experiences for GP dental professionals. This role blends strategic partnership development, technical integration and commercial execution across APAC. You will be the key contact driving partner collaboration and joint program implementation for iTero and exocad in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Role expectations

  • Identify, assess, and onboard high-potential technology partners (e.g., exocad, laboratories, 3D printing, DSOs) that complement iTero's digital workflow.
  • Co-develop and commercialize integrated digital solutions with partners to meet customer needs in restorative and orthodontic workflows.
  • Monitor digital dental health industry trends to uncover new opportunities for differentiated collaborations.
  • Lead the implementation and commercial execution of exocad programs in APAC markets to drive scanner adoption in GP/restorative segments.
  • Define and manage partnership frameworks, including partner evaluation criteria, onboarding, performance tracking, and joint marketing events to drive iTero adoption.
  • Partner with global, regional and in-country teams, including but not limited to, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Legal, IT Security, to align workflow integration priorities and improve overall solution value.
  • Support the rollout of Application Programming Interface (API) integrations and digital workflow initiatives across dental practice management systems, labs, and treatment services.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

What we're looking for

  • BS/BA required, preferably in dental, life sciences, and/or technology field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ecosystem partnerships, marketing, business development or technology collaboration, ideally within the Dental, or MedTech industries
  • Strong understanding of dental/medical device workflows and clinical environments (including GP and laboratories) preferred
  • Experience in enterprise partnership management, system implementation and/or program execution
  • Advanced presentation and negotiation skills. Maintains a professional appearance and provides a positive company image to the public.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is a plus
  • Base in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai or Tokyo
