As a Technology Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-impact digital transformation projects for our clients. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage end-to-end project lifecycles, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Beyond delivery, you will also play an active role in business development, shaping opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of SimplifyNext.
Work you'll do
- Work with customer sponsors and project managers to help scale AI and automation, making a real difference to their business & their employees.
- Stay at the forefront of new capability releases from key vendors & partners we work with.
- Build long-term relationship with our customers.
- Increase sales/revenue at client under management through different channels including:
- Working closely with Sales team on pre-sales activities such as customer presentations, process discovery workshops, prepare proposals, etc.
- Managing standard project management activities around scope, timeline, quality, resource, and budget across multiple projects at the clients under management.
- Building customer relationships and making your Customer stakeholders successful by ensuring that projects are delivering the value expected and that maintenance (where applicable) is up to expectations
- Be a strong business operator - managing the project P&L, meeting financial targets
- Lead & build Community of Practices.
- Be closely involved in performance appraisals and defining development/training plans.
- Be responsible for cultivating a positive, inclusive culture at SimplifyNext.
- Build long-term relationship with our customers.
- Act as Career Counsellor for Consultants, Assistant Managers etc.
Qualifications Preferred
- At least 10 years at a consulting or a technology organization for Senior Manager.
- Proven track record in delivering projects in the area of Automation & Analytics.
- Certifications in the one or more of the technology products - ServiceNow, OutSystems, Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Azure/AWS Cloud and ML Services, etc.
- Excellent communications & inter-personal skills with the passion to deliver quality work.
- Strong logical approach & problem-solving skills.
- Nice to have: Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
