Lead a specialized engineering team in the design and operational management of fault-tolerant infrastructure and robust security frameworks.

• Direct a team of technical engineers in executing infrastructure-related tasks and maintaining stringent security protocols.

• Take end-to-end ownership of diverse application products, overseeing critical patching, operational support, and system stability.

• Act as a key stakeholder in architectural sessions to provide strategic input on system integration, web services, and secure file transfer interfaces.

• Define and enforce comprehensive operational processes, including system-level patching, data archival, and disaster recovery procedures.

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring proactive monitoring and providing rapid onsite troubleshooting support, including outside of standard office hours.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a leadership capacity, managing technical teams within an enterprise environment.

• At least 2 years of hands-on expertise in Oracle 19c Database Administration, including experience with MSSQL and Oracle OGG/AWR reports.

• Intermediate proficiency in Networking and server administration across both Windows and Unix operating systems.

• Strong understanding of Enterprise 3-tier architecture and the ability to configure highly available, fault-tolerant systems.

• Proven knowledge of government-level security standards, including Infrastructure Hardening, Vulnerability Assessment, and secure SDLC practices.

• Technical familiarity with automation via Bash, Python, or PowerShell and experience with middleware such as Websphere, IBM MQ, or Pega.
