Job Description:
MSSG is looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Java ( 1.8+)/ J2EE technology , React, and SQL Server to join our dynamic development team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and low-latency distributed applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and will be passionate about delivering high-quality code in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop original algorithms, logic and code, and ensure that it withstands any test.
- Understand the difference between creating a product and working on a turn-key project, and write code accordingly.
- Demonstrate significant abstraction skills to convert requirements into usable product features.
- Creating original algorithms and ideas to solve complex issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of software development experience developing web applications using Java ( 1.8+)/ J2EE technology.
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming paradigm.
- Hands on experience in building UI applications using React or Angular AND Spring and Hibernate.
- Hands on experience in developing and consuming REST Web services using JSON data interchange format.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schema in SQL Server/Oracle.
- Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks, fine tuning applications and queries.
- Experience in agile development methodologies and DevOps practices including continuous integration, static code analysis etc.
- Agile certification and exposure to Financial domain.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Experience in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
